Our Story

It started with a question that wouldn't let go: why, in a country blessed with some of the richest farmland in the world, has it become so hard to find food you can actually trust? Prakreti was born from that question rooted in Punjab's soil and shaped by the untouched purity of the Himalayas, where food has been grown the honest way for generations, long before "chemical-free" needed a label.

We didn't want to just sell products. We wanted to rebuild a broken chain the one between the farmer who grows real food and the family who deserves to eat it. So we went straight to the source: farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations who still farm with patience and integrity, not shortcuts. What comes back our cold-pressed oils, our desi ghee, our grains and flours carries that honesty all the way from their fields to your kitchen.

Our Mission

Somewhere between convenience and purity, most families have quietly lost the ability to choose. Our mission is to hand that choice back to make food that is genuinely pure and chemical-free something every household can reach for without a second thought, not a luxury reserved for a few.

That means staying close to the people who make it possible. As Prakreti grows, we grow with the farmers and rural communities we source from not past them. Every jar of honey, every litre of cold-pressed oil, every pack of ghee is a small vote for a food system where trust isn't a marketing word, but something you can taste.

Our Values

Purity, to us, isn't a claim on a label it's a responsibility we carry from the first seed to the final product. We'd rather lose a shortcut than lose that trust, which is why every ingredient is sourced with the same question in mind: would we feed this to our own family?

Like the bees that work quietly, patiently, one honeycomb cell at a time, real quality is built in small, unglamorous steps fair prices for farmers, dignified work for the women behind our processing lines, and farming practices that leave the land better than they found it. We're not chasing scale for its own sake. We're building something that deserves to last for the people who grow it, the people who make it, and the families who trust it at their table.
